酒香黑朱古力布甸

今轉參考左"May 姐"嘅朱古力布甸, 我加多左酒, 令到整個朱古力味更濃, 更香.

 

食譜改自"May 姐"

Ingredients (Serves 6 small cups):

100g dark chocolate (66% or above)

1 tsp instant coffee powder

250ml whipping cream

25g white sugar

1tsp vanilla essence

6g-8g whisky or dark ruma few grains of sea salt

 

Steps:

1. Chop chocolate, sprinkle instant coffer powder

2. Put whipping cream + sugar + salt, bring almost to boil

3. Pour into chocolate mixture, set for 1 minute, add wine and vanilla essence, beat till smooth and shiny

4. Pour into ramekins, chill for at least 5 hours
